4. Gather your records

If you are accepted into the program we will request all of your doctor's notes and imaging for the second visit.

5. Visit 2 Complete Report of Findings and Prognosis

This second visit is a 1 hour virtual visit that will include a detailed review of your imaging and your case with a discussion of your specific program.

6. Receive your Home Equipment

Your equipment will be mailed to you in preparation for your first treatment visit.

7. Visit 3 Your Program Demonstration

The 3rd virtual visit is a 1 hour program introduction and demonstration of exercises.

8. Physiotherapy

Your therapy will involve 2 parts: self-paced home exercises and virtual treatments with Dr. Bloom.

9. Followup Consult and Program Update

Depending on your specific program there will be a followup consultation and program update in the 2nd to 4th week.

10. 1 Hour consultation Program Completion and Assessment

Therapy will continue for the length of your program ending with a virtual re-evaluation. We will evaluate your progress and determine if further treatment is warranted.
